New for 2017

Couple of changes for 2017 for all current and prospective competition drivers.

For 2017 season and on a trial basis we are allowing carriages to compete with pneumatics and axle width of 125cm in Novice single horse and pony competitions.  There are many carriage drivers out there with modern pleasure carriages who would now be able to compete so of anyone knows someone who would like to give it a go please spread the word.

New Open test for horse and pony will be http://www.britishcarriagedriving.co.uk/reference/dressage_tests/BC_Open_Singles_2017_dressage_test.pdf

This will be the test both North and South and across the water should anyone wish to travel.

Our Pre Novice test will also now be the same as NICDA http://www.britishcarriagedriving.co.uk/reference/dressage_tests/BC_Test_Pre_Novice_2008.pdf

Also we have a rule change regarding Advanced drivers driving a novice combination ‘ Advanced drivers competing in a novice class may compete for a maximum of two seasons with the same combination of horse/pony’

Some tit bits to get some debating going pre season!
